1/28:
Had the second half of my Phat Pioneer from La Familia around 3 pm.
Jody made pasta with meatballs for dinner around 9 pm.
1/29:
Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwhich around 3 pm
For Dinner I made us what I think are the best pork chops I've ever had. I defrosted them overnight and then marinated them in the afternoon. I marinated them with garlic salt, basil, soy sauce, a little olive oil, crazy jane's salt, and the most important ingredient: maple syrup. I let them marinate for a couple of hours then put cilantro and a little lemon juice on them and then broiled mine for 4-5 minutes to get them cooked medium and Jody's for about ten minutes to get them well done. I added a side of broccoli to round out the meal.
After my dart league I picked up an order of hot wings from a local bar called Dominics.
1/30:
I ate my leftover wings around 3.
Had another PB and J sandwhich around 5.
Went to my Dad's house for dinner for my stepbrothers birthday. I ate about 3-4 pieces of stromboli, 3 slices of pizza and 5-6 wings from a local Pizza place named Sal's. I had a slice of birthday cake as well.
