January 25, 26, and 27- Quick Rundown

Jan 25th-
Breakfast at Jody's Grandmom's.. two eggs over easy, bacon and toast
Ate dinner at Jody's cousins house.. salad, pasta with meatballs and sausage and finished it off with a slice of apple pie

Jan 26th-
Had tournament at Borgata today didn't get to eat anything until dinner break around 7:30. I got a cheesesteak with whiz and provolone and fried onions from Tony Luke's.
Didn't eat again until about 3:30 am when I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries from the deli at Harrah's which cost $21.

Jan 27th-
Had tournament again all day and didn't get to eat until about 6:30 at night when Jody and I ordered from this local pizza place called Mi familia. A few days ago, they left their menu on my door. When I looked at it I was shocked to see that they now offered "Phat" sandwiches. I figured I had to give them a shot to see how they compared to the originals. I got a Phat Pioneer which is a cheesesteak with chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and I added bacon. Jody and I also split an order of buffalo chicken fingers. The sandwich was good.. they used a different method than the grease trucks. They cooked all the food together prior to placing it on the roll so everything kinda blended together which made it tough to determine what I was eating at different points in the sandwich. It was absolutely huge though. Overall, I think its an okay sandwich but still much prefer the real deal. That was the only meal I ate yesterday.

I realize this first month of the bet I've probably eaten out more than I've made my own food. It's been difficult to eat healthy this month between traveling to Florida and playing tournaments at the Borgata. I'm going to strive to do much better in February. When January ends I will have a $ total on how much I spent eating compared to what I normally spend. I thought that with this bet I'd likely save a lot of money on eating out but this month was the opposite due to the circumstances.
